Don't worry folks, I'm not going all presbyter on you. This is a Diaconal blue clerical shirt for particularly sensitive pastoral situations such as ecumenical partnerships where the dog collar is a useful identifying mark of ministry. It may not be necessary but it is better to have one and not need one, than to need one and not have one.
